Legal firms will need to become more tech-savvy as Generation Z enters the workforce.
In an article published by Advocate Daily, Korbitec president Alan Bass describes the gap between members of Gen Z – those born in the mid-1990s and later – and the law firms they will soon join. Their differences are most notable in the ways they relate to technology. Although law firms have much catching up to do, in the end Bass believes the two groups will reach a compromise.
