When a firm signs on as a Korbitec customer for Automated Civil Litigation, it is only the beginning of the client relationship.  Implementation is a seven part process that begins with installation of the software and continues with training, customization, and ongoing support for the entire time that you use the product.

The training consists of both administrator and user sessions along with a file entry clinic, where you enter existing files onto the system with our trainers to gain experience utilizing real file information; and are ready to use the software on existing matters.  We further work with you to customize any court forms and/or letters to suit your own wording or style preference.

In addition, we offer our account management service whereby a Korbitec trainer will visit your premises as often as is required to train new assistants, clerks or associates, help with any file issues, offer new tips and features, and address any concerns.  Lastly, we will provide you with quarterly updates as we work to improve and enhance the software and the user experience.
