ACL licenses on a "per file" basis and can be installed on any number of workstations. Each litigation matter entered into ACL uses a data file that automatically licenses. This file license fee is disbursable to your client; so many firms using ACL choose to recover most or all of their licensing costs.

The file license fee includes all initial installation, training, letterhead setup, minor template customizations, and ongoing technical support. Your firm will never pay for any kind of support or training (except for travel costs if service is provided on site). You may also request additional training at any time for any new or existing users. All product updates and related support are also included in this "all in" file license fee. Note: Template and dialog customizations (i.e., custom pleadings) will be quoted and charged separately.

ACL logs all file licensing activity and produces detailed reports. ACL will automatically transmit your log file to Korbitec from which an invoice is generated for the total number of files licensed in the previous month.
